Of Counsel

Charles J. “Chad” Thomas is Of Counsel.  His practice focuses on advising public and private-sector clients in all areas of labor and employment law, including employment litigation, labor relations, equal opportunity law, and wage & hour law.  Chad represents clients in federal and state trial and appellate courts and in mediations and administrative hearings.

Chad is a Phi Beta Kappa graduate of Northwestern University and obtained his law degree from the University of Michigan.  He formerly served as Senior Corporate Counsel, Labor & Employment for Intermedia Communications, Inc.  He has been a speaker for The Florida Bar, and has appeared on Spanish-language television to discuss legal issues.

Chad, who spent many years in Latin America while growing up, is fluent in Spanish.  He is a member of The Florida Bar and the Hillsborough County Bar Association.
